Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible through our fulfillment partner, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received (see the "How do I return an item?" section below).

Where do you ship from?

We use CJ Dropshipping for fulfillment, which ships from multiple international warehouses, including locations in the US, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to offer a wide range of products.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out by the CJ Dropshipping warehouse network. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will typically be processed within 1–3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to our diverse network of warehouses, shipping times vary based on the item and its origin. You will see the specific estimated delivery time for your selected shipping method at checkout. In general:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders may take between 7–15 business days to arrive after processing.
  • International Shipping: Some international orders may take longer, up to 20–30 business days.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 40 days after it has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at snugglebabiehelp@gmail.com.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars (USD). This means you may be liable to pay for duties, taxes, and related customs fees once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Snugglebabie.com. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at snugglebabiehelp@gmail.com. Since we use CJ Dropshipping, we will provide you with the specific return address (which may be an international warehouse) and instructions based on the item you ordered. Please do not send your package back to the address on the label without contacting us first.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us immediately if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. To expedite the resolution process with our supplier, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and packaging, and any related references upon receiving your package. We will work with CJ Dropshipping's policy to resolve your case as soon as possible with a replacement or a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once approved, the refund is typically sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
